Meet Anthony
Anthony Kitson is the founder and licensed contractor behind Kitson Electricians Newcastle, a trusted local electrical company proudly serving homeowners, builders, and businesses across the Newcastle region. With over 25 years of hands-on experience, Anthony built Kitson Electricians with one goal in mind: to provide honest, high-quality electrical work that local residents can depend on. As a Newcastle local himself, Anthony understands the area’s homes, people, and expectations. His approach is grounded in community values, reliability, and professionalism.
Experience and Expertise
Anthony’s experience spans all aspects of residential and commercial electrical work, including switchboard upgrades, rewiring, lighting, smoke alarms, and data cabling. Over the years, he has worked on everything from heritage homes in Mayfield to modern duplexes in Charlestown and shopfronts in Hamilton.
As a fully licensed and insured electrician, Anthony ensures that every job meets NSW electrical safety standards. He takes pride in leading a team that delivers consistent, compliant, and long-lasting results.
Local Focus and Commitment
Born and based in Newcastle, Anthony is passionate about supporting his local community through honest work and dependable service. Kitson Electricians is not a franchise; it’s a family-run business that values personal connection and accountability.
Under Anthony’s leadership, the team has earned the trust of thousands of local customers by showing up on time, communicating clearly, and keeping their word. Every project, big or small, is treated with the same care and respect.
Anthony believes in running a business where every customer deals directly with a real person, not a call centre or subcontractor. This hands-on approach ensures quality control, genuine relationships, and long-term satisfaction.
